Our flat is situted in 17th arrondissement in Paris, near Porte de Champerret. It is a duplex, if not a triplex.

Main entrance is a first floor, with kitchen separated from the dining room by a bar, wher kids can take theirs meals and living room.

On the second floor, there is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, 1 shower, and an office.

On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with its bathroom (shower). the stairs go to the basement where we organised a workshop.
